Acceptance of Terms

By accessing onthewayotw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials, Starter, Pro, and Elite plans. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates made to these terms.

Permitted Use

You may only use onthewayotw and its Undress AI tools for lawful purposes. Processing images of real individuals without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

Liability

onthewayotw provides AI undressing and deepfake technology tools on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding output accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.

You assume full responsibility for any use of outputs generated through the platform. onthewayotw accepts no liability for damages arising from misuse, unauthorized sharing, or illegal application of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

All underlying models, code, interface designs, and processes on onthewayotw are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operators. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any component of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onthewayotw's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

onthewayotw is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party payment processors and CDN providers. onthewayotw does not control those services and is not responsible for their policies or performance.

Security

All data transmitted to and from onthewayotw is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Uploaded images are deleted within 60 seconds of output delivery. No image data is retained for training or review.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any original images you upload. By uploading, you grant onthewayotw a temporary, limited license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

Changes to Terms

onthewayotw may revise these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Effective from January 1, 2026.
