onthewayotw collects the minimum data required to operate the service: account email, plan type, payment reference numbers, and technical metadata such as browser type and IP address.

Uploaded images are processed in memory and never written to persistent storage. They are deleted within 60 seconds of output delivery, with no exceptions or manual override options.

How We Use Your Data

Account data is used solely to manage your subscription, authenticate your session, and deliver support. No user data is sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks.

Cookies

onthewayotw uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and preferences. No cross-site tracking cookies are deployed. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop functioning correctly.

Analytics cookies collect aggregate data — page views, session duration, feature usage frequency — in anonymized form. No individual user is identified through analytics.

Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with essential service providers: Stripe for payment processing and Cloudflare for CDN delivery. Both are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Security

All connections to onthewayotw use TLS 1.3 encryption. Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a per-user salt. No plaintext credentials are ever stored.

Access to production systems is restricted to two authorized engineers and requires multi-factor authentication. Security audits are conducted quarterly by an independent firm.

Your Rights

Third Parties

onthewayotw does not embed social media trackers, affiliate pixels, or behavioral advertising scripts. The Undress AI processing engine runs on infrastructure owned and operated by onthewayotw.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to resolve any billing disputes. After that period, all personal data is permanently deleted.

This Privacy Policy was last updated January 1, 2026. onthewayotw will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
